We both firmly believe that without your professionalism, determination, current market knowledge and sheer hard work, there is absolutely no way we would have achieved the result that we did.After a number of poor experiences with real estate agents in the past, it was refreshing to encounter a real estate agent that was open and honest with us without being pushy or aggressive. We found the weekly reports and daily phone chats in the last month really helpful. As though we were at work during the inspections, we were given a detailed picture of the market interest in our property which helped us greatly in determining our final reserve price.On the day of the auction, although emotions were running high, we were immediately put at ease when we opened the blinds and noticed that (shock horror) you had already been at work and had put the ‘auction today’ signs out at 6.30am!
