With a varied career in sales and customer service, Karan comes to Ray White Carnegie with the care and compassion required to be in real estate. Karan began his sales career in 2008, working for Spotless Catering rising through the ranks to Area Manager of the Ground at the MCG, where he was recognised by the public, staff and the General Manager of the MCG, and was awarded for giving the Best Customer Service Experience, four years in a row.


Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati, with the ability to understand Punjabi, Karan authentically listens to his client’s needs, offering his sensible maturity and his positive energy when consigned to market their biggest asset. He takes the stress out of the process by being highly organised, punctual and reliable. Communication is the key for Karan, as he likes to keeps the lines open throughout the process with both his clients and potential buyers, as he knows it contributes to his success. He believes if he gives his all to his clients, it creates a compounding effect for both the sale of his clients’ properties and his integrity within the community.


Karan’s favourite part of his career in real estate is listening to his client’s stories, their desired journey and knowing he can help contribute to their dream. He loves telling buyers about all the great things Carnegie and the surrounds has to offer, as Karan has been part of the community since arriving in Australia in 2008.


Karan spent a year in Italy doing his Masters in Food and Beverage Management, where he experienced the small town culture, sampling wines and cheeses in Italy’s beautiful countryside. He is married, is an avid cricket fan and enjoys travelling. He is connected to his culture through his wellbeing and community, and he makes sure he starts his day with meditation, so he can be mindful and dedicated to you through your selling process.
