Carnegie Property Management. What really happens in a week?

Finding a new rental property can be a challenging time for a lot of renters. Between balancing full time employment, packing up your belongings at your current rental property, and finding the time to attend that ever-growing list of open for inspections, it can seem almost impossible.

Here at Ray White Carnegie, great tenants with great applications are approved quickly & simply! We are the largest Real Estate team operating in Carnegie with a large selection of quality properties for lease at any given time.

On average, our property management team receive 450 – 550 inquiries per week from renters looking for a new home. We conduct over 50 rental open inspections, and process over 100 applications.

What sets Ray White Carnegie apart from other agencies when it comes to processing applications? Once we have received an application, we begin processing on Saturday and Sunday. Fully completed applications do get priority, so remember to ensure your application is completed in full before hitting submit. On Monday morning, our leasing team conduct reference checks for completed applications. Processed applications are then presented to landlords for final approval. By Monday afternoon, our leasing team are ready to call and provide the good news that your application has been accepted. We will then arrange for leases to be drawn up and signed, assist with connecting your utilities, arranging removal and storage, and insurance. Our team are passionate about providing whatever assistance is needed to help make it a smooth transition into your new home.
