The popularity of new homes has continued to climb across Australia, which could offer potential buyers an opportunity to secure their own real estate in Bentleigh.
Outlined by the latest Housing Industry Association (HIA) New Home Sales Report, property sales growth reached a high during March – the best result seen since 2010.
HIA economist Diwa Hopkins said that overall, March saw a 4.4 per cent increase in new property sales across the country.
"The March result for total new home sales consists of an 11.3 per cent rise in multi-unit sales and a 2.6 per cent rise in detached house sales," said Ms Hopkins in a 6 May statement.
This could present a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in buying Bentleigh real estate, especially with Victoria posting the strongest monthly increase of 5.9 per cent in new detached home sales.
