Interested In Property Investment? Now Could Be The Time To Get Serious

By Matt Hurlston

If you’re looking to invest in real estate in Carnegie, now could be the perfect time to take advantage of low interest home loans according to the latest Homeowner Intentions Survey, conducted by Mortgage Choice.

The results showed that over a quarter (26 per cent) of respondents indicated that they would like to invest in property. And from that quarter, 56 per cent said they would like to begin their investment portfolio within the next two years.

One of the reasons suggested in the survey for this increasing willingness to invest is to take advantage of the low interest rate, as well as an overall feeling of confidence in the housing market.

Furthermore, the survey highlighted the most popular investment strategy among Australians – purchasing an average property in a predicted property hotspot, with the intention of getting a slice of future popular real estate.

Getting in contact with a real estate agent will help you with planning your property investment. They will be well aware of historical trends, and future predicted hotspots in their area.

If you’re interested in starting your property portfolio, get in contact with the team at Ray White Carnegie. Their expertise and experience in the area will help to give you good knowledge of the area and get you started on the property ownership ladder.
