Perhaps you have a child who's about to graduate from college and is looking at tertiary study. Or maybe you're currently studying and you want to explore your options with further learning.
It might be worth your while giving Monash University a look.
The World Reputation Rankings by Times Higher Education gathers some of the world's greatest senior academics to examine tertiary institutions all around the world. They then compile a list of what they consider to be the world's top 100 universities.
Monash University in Melbourne earned a place in the 91-100 bracket, sharing this highly-esteemed list with academic powerhouses like Harvard University, University of Oxford and Princeton University.
"To receive such a positive endorsement from a group of senior peers is something special," says Rankings Editor Phil Baty on Monash University's blog.
"Indeed, it puts Monash among the top 0.5 per cent of the world's higher education institutions in terms of its reputation for both teaching and research."
Monash University is the largest university in Australia, with world-renown campuses all around the globe. The institution's second largest campus is in Caulfield. If you're a potential tertiary student living in real estate in Bentleigh or Carnegie, this highly-commended university is within short distance of you.
The Caulfield campus hosts undergraduate, postgraduate and research programmes available across five faculties. These are: arts, business and economics, design and architecture, information technology and medicine, nursing and health sciences.
