Matt Hurlston of Ray White Carnegie: Community events bring Glen Eira residents together

By Matt Hurlston

January, February and March will see a number of community events held across Glen Eira's outdoor spaces, which could be great fun for residents of real estate in Bentleigh East in the new year.

On 17 January, ABBA tribute band Bjorn Again will be playing at Leila Road in Carnegie. Known the world over, the band has played over 6,000 concerts across more than 100 countries. Their success is matched only by their talent – an exciting evening not to be missed by ABBA and music fans alike.

Following this, on 15 February a whole day of fun activities is being established on Hawthorn Road in Caulfield South. These include art and craft, a talent quest, storytelling and face painting, children's cooking classes and live shows by Fifi and the Flowertots and The Jungle Book.

Finally, 15 March offers even more spectacular fun for the whole family at Wheatley Road in McKinnon, including wildlife education programmes, free rides and The Glen Eira Pet Expo – which is sure to appeal to animal lovers of all ages.
