Melbourne has recorded another weekend of fantastic auction results, with a clearance rate of 69 per cent – on par with the average from the previous few months.
Eastern Melbourne suburbs were performing especially well this past weekend, which could be an indicator for anyone looking to sell Carnegie real estate in the coming weeks.
The inner east suburbs recorded an extremely strong clearance rate of 87.5 per cent, while the outer east stopped just short of that – peaking at 75 per cent.
