Two bidders were eager to get their hands on the keys to the property, driving the price from an ambitious start of $600,000 to $780,000 in just 4 minutes. Director and Auctioneer Matt Hurlston passed the property in and negotiated the sale after auction, eventually selling the property for $810,000.
