Ray White Bentleigh and Carnegie – Christmas Closure 2024

As the festive season approaches, Ray White Bentleigh and Carnegie will be closing for the Christmas holiday period to allow our team a well-deserved break.

Christmas Closure Dates:

  • Saturday, 21st December 2024Sunday, 5th January 2025
  • Re-opening: Monday, 6th January 2025

Property Management and Maintenance Services:

During the holiday period, an agent will be available to monitor urgent maintenance requests from Monday, 23rd December 2024 to Thursday, 3rd January 2025. They will be available daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (excluding public holidays). If you are a renter or rental provider, please submit any maintenance requests through your online Property Me portal. The portal will be closely monitored over the holiday period, ensuring that urgent issues can be addressed promptly.

For a list of what qualifies as an urgent repair, please visit the Consumer Affairs Website for clarification.

If you have an emergency outside of the listed hours, please call our office at 9571 6777, where you will be directed to the appropriate after-hours tradesperson contact details.
