Ray White Carnegie: Community Involvement

Ray White Carnegie has a very strong community involvement and is very passionate about bringing positive, measurable change to the community in which we operate. We are very proud to work alongside some terrific organisations in our local community. The organisations we are currently supporting are:

GLEN EIRA GRYPHONS FOOTBALL & NETBALL CLUB

Now into our 6th year as the Major Sponsor of the Glen Eira Gryphons Football and Netball Club, we are delighted to be affiliated with such a great group of people and being involved in our local community.

Since coming together, the club has continued to develop a strong Auskick programme. Grassroots and the opportunity for kids to be involved on a large scale was the number one reason we wanted to be involved from the beginning.

Over the past 5 years, the club has enjoyed great success winning two Premierships at Senior level (2016 & 2018). In 2017, the club formed a valuable partnership with McKinnon Secondary College and entered their first U19’s football programme.

2019 has seen the induction of the clubs first Senior Women’s Football Programme.

MURRUMBEENA BOWLS CLUB

Ray White Carnegie has enjoyed a long relationship with the Murrumbeena Bowls Club. We are and have been very proud to be partnered with the club for over 10 years.

CANCER COUNCIL – BIGGEST MORNING TEA

We are very proud to have been supporting the Cancer Council with it’s Biggest Morning Tea event for the past 3 years and helping raise funds for a great cause. We raised a total of $125 for our 2019 Biggest Morning Tea.

FIGHTMND

We have begun taking part in purchasing beanies sold by FightMND, with funds going towards finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for Motor Neurone Disease.

FINNAN’S GIFT – ROYAL CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

The Ray White Carnegie is on the Charity Board for and attends the Melbourne Op Shop Ball every November, a fun charity event to raise awareness for Finnan’s Gift. The 2018 event raised over $50,000, with funds going towards special equipment for the kids.

MURRUMBEENA PRIMARY SCHOOL
Ray White Carnegie have had an excellent relationship with Murrumbeena Primary School over the past few years – we assist in providing community boards and donations for events held by the school.
