This could be useful information for anyone interested in selling their real estate in Bentleigh in the coming months – or those looking to make an investment in the community.

Recently released data showed the national median house price across the capital cities rose by 2.1 per cent over the December quarter, with a huge 7.1 per cent growth over the whole of 2014. The national median price for capital city units rose by 1.7 per cent over the quarter, with an overarching annual rise of 6 per cent.
