Ray White Carnegie’s Matt Hurlston: New funding for Carnegie Primary School

By Matt Hurlston

A new plan released by the Victorian government earlier this week (29 October) has dedicated $1.2million worth of funding to Carnegie Primary School, which could be great news for families living in Carnegie real estate

Minister for education Martin Dixon said this new funding would come in on top of the $70,000 already committed to help the school with maintenance costs, with the hope of providing teachers and students with the flexibility to create an engaging learning environment for the future.

"The Victorian coalition government is proud to be delivering 24 new schools and upgrades to hundreds of schools, like Carnegie Primary School," said Mr Dixon in a 29 October statement.

"As a school community, Carnegie Primary School should be proud of the quality education it delivers to students."

Education is a hugely important aspect of growing children's lives in Australia, so it's essential they get the best opportunities possible.
