Ray White Carnegie’s Matt Hurlston: Support the needy through Glen Eira’s Youth Services donation drive

By Matt Hurlston

If you're a resident of real estate in Bentleigh East and are looking for a way to give back to the community, the Glen Eira City Council's Youth Leadership Team and Youth Services could be running the perfect programme for you to get behind – a huge food and toiletries donation drive.

The final date for contributions is 28 November and will go towards supporting a great cause. Each and every year, around two million Australians are in dire need of emergency food, water and hygiene products. If you are interested in donating, the two drop off stations can be found at Glen Eira Youth Information Centre (86 Robert Street, Bentleigh) and the Council's Service Centre (Town Hall – Corner Glen Eira and and Hawthorn Roads).

Things like canned and packet food are perfect for donation, while toiletries like soap, toothpaste and shampoo would also be widely appreciated.
