Record for vacant land in Parkdale

Ray White Carnegie Real Estate auctioned and sold a vacant land parcel at 66 Keith Street Parkdale for $1,110,000.

The auction attracted a crowd of approximately 40 people with strong bidding from 4 buyers. Company director Matt Hurlston said demand is strong in the area, buyers often being pushed out of beachside Parkdale are willing to strongly compete for a good opportunity over Nepean Highway.

Selling agent Morgan Zhang who is fluent in Mandarin assisted a Chinese developer compete for the property who has plans to secure future opportunities in Parkdale and Mentone.
