Rental Market Remains Secure – Real Estate Agents Carnegie

By Matisse Cuce

Ray White Carnegie’s Rental department has remained robust during the Covid period. In the month of June, we leased 38 properties and secured another 15 properties to manage. The Numbers in July and August have been similar with vigorous interest being shown in properties that are up for lease.

Although we are living in unprecedented times, our Property Management team’s determination to get the job done is shining through. There is plenty of movement in the property market and we are making sure that we are available to meet your needs.

Covid is no match for our Business Development Manager, Kevin Ljungberg. Kevin has worked tirelessly during this period to secure rental properties and put in place strategies that make leasing a property a stress-free transaction for our rental providers.

Similarly, our leasing experts Kelly Levin and Alex Kostoglou are working behind the scenes to process applications and answer any queries potential renters might have. Although Open For inspections have been postponed, both Kelly and Alex are happy to provide interested parties with a Virtual Tour of the required property.
