Ray White Carnegie’s Auctioneer Reporter Facebook video reached a massive 1,113 people, with a total of 543 views and 181 clicks. The live Youtube video obtained a total 86 views.
The Cheltenham property sold for a whopping $1,069,000 with a crowd size between 50-75, all eager to see if the property would sell. Between 4 bidders, there was a total of 84 bids on the day, with the auction itself going for 18 minutes. Tom Grieve’s auctioneer work was second to none, obtaining a terrific result for the vendors.
