Olivia Petrou

Olivia started from the ground up in 2019 to forge her real estate career. Working on the front desk, assisting the rental department, sales department and accounts, her personality shone through to show the directors at Ray White that she had the professionalism and ability to build trusting relationships with their clients.

Olivia’s rapport with people is just enlightening. She shines when she enters a room, and people gravitate to her because of her easy-going nature, and her effortlessness in her service. She goes out of her way to help people and guide them through the processes. She reads people well and offers an open, relaxed conversation to help people through their real estate journey. Through her background in administration, she has learned to be organised and systematic to make everything efficient and seamless for her clients. 

Olivia loves building and maintaining relationships with her clients. She has created many long-standing relationships with two sporting clubs – the Cheltenham North Devils Netball Club and the Bentleigh East Soccer Club, which is close to her heart, as her grandparents started the club in 1979. Olivia is the Sub-Junior Girls Co-ordinator at the club and has been coaching the girls since 2018. She absolutely loves being a part of this family-based club.

Olivia is as passionate about making real estate her life-long career as she is about her soccer club. She is hard-working, pedantic and willing to strive to great heights, to ensure her clients have a stress-free sale of their property.

Loving her sports, Olivia has done many fun runs and half marathons, enjoys going to the beach with her stand-up paddleboard and coming from a Greek background, can understand her native language.
