Director and Auctioneer Matt Hurlston has been auctioning homes in the City of Glen Eira for almost 20 years.
The owners of 27 Purtell Street Bentleigh East had enjoyed their home over the past 20 years and when it was time to make the move they entrusted the team at Ray White Carnegie to auction their home.
A beautifully renovated red clinker brick home was strongly competed for eventually selling over the vendors reserve.
The new owners plan to move straight in and enjoy the home and the location which is walking distance to Tucker Road Primary School, Centre Road shops, Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre and the Boundary Hotel.
