75 Castlewood Street, Bentleigh East

By Siobhan Hawken

Not Just Any Old Sale

This beautiful original 1950’s brick home was recently sold by our sales agent Tim Kourtaibe. Its lovely owner Gwen had lived in the home for over 60 years. Being one of the first residents in the street, Gwen was well known by all her neighbours, many of which had grown up there with her.

The residents of Castlewood Street were sad to see her leave, but very welcoming of their new neighbours; a young couple who plan to built their new home.

Gwen has decided to move down by the beach in Chelsea into something a bit small and easier for her to maintain. The staff at Ray White Carnegie wish all the best to Gwen and the proud new owners of 75 Castlewood Street, Bentleigh East
