• All property managers are operating remotely and are available as per normal business hours
• All properties advertised for lease include a video tour of the property
• Tenants may apply for a property after viewing the video tour & prior to physically inspecting the property
• All documentation is being executed electronically
• Routine inspections are being completed electronically
Auctions & Sales
• All auctions are Online Private Auctions
• Bidding is by registration only
• Our agents can conduct private buyer appointments (Open inspections are not permitted)
• Video tours & Virtual tours are available to buyers – our agents can accommodate buyers with a personal real time video walk through
• Property appraisals, marketing and strategy proposals conducted via online meetings – preferred option for the health and safety of our team and clients
