Bounce and Stretch: Holiday Programs For Carnegie Teens

By Matt Hurlston

Parents who own real estate in Bentleigh or Carnegie may be wondering what's on offer for their teens during the school holidays.

The City of Glen Eira is promoting a range of fun activities that are sure to please local teenagers while they're off school.

Get CPR savvy

Teens wanting to boost their first aid skills are invited to attend a free CPR course with a registered trainer.

They can head along to Bentleigh's Robert Street in Bentleigh at 11 am on Wednesday, April 9.

Those who complete the course not only receive valuable skills but they also have something to put on their CV, if they're looking to obtain a part-time job in the near future.

Time to get flexible

The activities don't stop there for teenagers living in these family-friendly suburbs.

On April 10, the Bentleigh McKinnon Youth Centres will open its doors to teenagers for an introductory pilates and yoga session. The workshop starts at 3 pm and is absolutely free.

With plenty on offer these holidays, it's no wonder families look to buy in Bentleigh and Bentleigh East. Contact Matt Hurlston for all your real estate needs.
