Have you checked your loans recently? Home loans and Investment loans have never been so competitive with lenders offering rates as low as 3.59% for personal home loans, or 3.89% on Principle and Interest home loans and finally 4.09% for interest only loans.

“The sales team at Ray White Carnegie have seen strong numbers early at their open home inspections, It is a good time to take advantage of these low interest rates and get the early jump on the market” said Director of Ray White Carnegie Matt Hurlston.

There was some negative press early in the year about a softening market. I appreciate that this is a view by commentators for the Victorian market in general however locally in Carnegie, Murrumbeena, Hughesdale, Glen Huntly, Ormond, and Bentleigh we are seeing strong inquiry from buyers. Stock levels still remain low, this will see continued competition at auctions in the first quarter of 2018 at least.
