Sales Reviews

Josh was very professional and pleasant to work with. He gave us a good understanding of how the campaign and auction works and we had a lot of confidence in the process and the team. The result also turned out to be good. Highly recommend.
– Vendor Review; 212/9 Morton Avenue, Carnegie – sold for $417,000.

We had a great experience with Gerry selling our home. We’d been on the market with a previous agent for 6 months when we switched to Ray White Carnegie. From the start Gerry was positive and realistic in Ray White’s ability to get us the sale price we needed. Feedback was extensive, data was explained, as well as their process of vetting real buyers from lookers. Always on time and helpful, I think Gerry resonated with potential buyers well, which resulted in 5 bidders on auction day.
– Vendor Review; 2B Hunter Street, Carnegie – price undisclosed

I am a first home buyer and Tom made the experience painless. Really easy to work with and operated with integrity and honesty. Can’t really ask for much more than that. All information requesed was provided promptly as well.
– Buyer Review; 29/30 Lilimur Road, Ormond – sold for $435,000

Rental Reviews

I am so impressed with Tegan at Ray White Carnegie. She has taken great care in helping us not only get a tenant on time but also making the effort to understand our expectations carefully and working closely to reach a solution. She is well organised, follows up and acts promptly. An out of the box thinker, she helped us think of new ways to improve the property. If you’re looking to lease, call her. You won’t be disappointed.

My dealings with the Ray White Carnegie team have been excellent. They take care to update me every step along the way from my property being ready to rent, all the various marketing methods, open house inspections, who booked in for inspection vs how many came vs applied. They were also very diligent in doing all the required tenant checks and rental history to make sure I get a good tenant. Overall I am very happy with their level of service & would highly recommend. Big thanks & shout out to Joanna Millar, Jessica Semaan & Tamara Uzelac for their wonderful service and looking after me and my investment property!

Rebecca Trevisan is the single best Property Manager I have ever had. I have rented for 40 years and have found Rebecca to be exemplary. She has been warm, friendly and professional. She is efficient and responds to queries and requests promptly. I would love to keep her as my Property Manager in my new residence.
