It’s time to pack away the winter woolies, spring clean your house and throw open your patio doors to let the warmth of Spring drift through your house.
Spring is the time where flowers are in full bloom, it’s a time for appreciating the abundance of colour and the heavenly scent coming from the gardens.
Floral blooms are not just for outside. Flowers inside the house can create a serious wow factor, whether it be as a striking centrepiece for a table or a decorative accent to bring your look together.
Simple Tips For Floral Arrangement
* Don’t cram too many flowers into your vase.
* Replace the water every 2-3 days.
* Remove wilting flowers – this helps flowers look fresh for longer.
* Keep your flower away from direct heat.
Citrus trees are also in full bloom in Spring. Citrus fruits have a multitude of purposes, they can be used for cooking, drinking, preserving, and decorating. Making homemade lemonade with the children is a great Spring time activity. Below is a recipe we hope you’ll enjoy!
