Ray White Carnegie had a great turn out for the auction of 2/2A Washington Street, Toorak last Saturday. Sales agent Damien Browne was on top of every step during the whole campaign. All our interested buyers were attended the auction and bid. It was a competitive auction and our first bidder stayed in it all the way to the final bid and purchased the property for $420,000.

Our Vendors were extremely happy to sell $20,000 above their reserve.
