Armadale is about 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, with easy access to beachside suburbs such as St Kilda and the many amenities of the city itself. Malvern
Real estate in Malvern and Malvern East is for those who want a peaceful lifestyle, with numerous facilities close at hand. Malvern Valley Public Golf Course lies in the eastern region of these areas, with Darling and Central Park both pleasant places for a picnic. If you're into horse racing, you'll also be delighted to know that Caufield Racecourse is adjacent to this area and is a highly regarded facility.
