Armadale
Armadale is about 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, with easy access to beachside suburbs such as St Kilda and the many amenities of the city itself. Carnegie

Chadstone
If you love a good mix of tranquil living and excellent shopping, there's likely a Chadstone property for you. It has plenty of open, green spaces, including Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park and the Batesford, Jordan and Caloola Reserves.
On top of all that is also the amazing Chadstone Shopping Centre – self-proclaimed as Australia's fashion capital. This gorgeous building has the largest collection of boutique fashion outlets and high-class brands in the country, according to its website.
Malvern
Real estate in Malvern and Malvern East is for those who want a peaceful lifestyle, with numerous facilities close at hand. Malvern Valley Public Golf Course lies in the eastern region of these areas, with Darling and Central Park both pleasant places for a picnic.
